其实就是素问缪刺论篇第63的内容。我觉得象内经会专门拿一章来讲一个刺法是挺少见的。我把原文重新布排了一下，看起来比较清楚些。

《素问缪刺论篇第六十三》
“黄帝问曰：余闻缪刺，未得其意，何谓缪刺？
岐伯对曰：夫邪之客于形也，必先舍于皮毛，留而不去，入舍于孙脉，留而不去，入舍于络脉，留而不去，入舍于经脉，内连五脏，散于肠胃，阴阳俱感，五脏乃伤，此邪之从皮毛而入，极于五脏之次也。如此则治其经焉。”
“今邪客于皮毛，入舍于孙络，留而不去，闭塞不通，不得入于经，流溢于大络，而生奇病也。夫邪客大络者，左注右，右注左，上下左右与经相干，而布于四末，其气无常处，不入于经俞，命曰缪刺。”
<Suwen, Chapter 63>
“Yellow Emperor asked: I heard about Miu Ci (On Contralateral Needling). I could not understand what it is. What is On Contralateral Needling?
Qi Bo said: When the evil-qi attacks the body, first it attacks the fur and skin. If it stays and does not go away, then it will go deeper to lodge in the Sun Meridians (the smallest meridian).If it stays and does not go away, then it will go deeper to lodge in the Luo Meridians. If it stays and does not go away, then it will go deeper to lodge in the Channel Meridians. Then it will go to the five Zang organs, disseminates to the intestines and stomach, resulting in the sickness of both Yin and Yang, then the five Zang organs are damaged. Those are the sequence of the evil-qi attacks from the fur and skin, and end up to the five Zang organs. If the disease shows like this, then treat the channel meridians.”
“Now the evil-qi attacks the fur and skin, then goes deeper to lodge in the Sun Meridians. It stays and does not go away. It is blocked and cannot go through to the Channel Meridians. It is disseminate in the big Luo Meridians, and then causes strange disease. When the evil-qi lodges in the big Luo Meridians, the left goes to the right, and the right goes to the left. From up to down, left to right, they are crossing from the Channel meridians, then distribute to the four extremities. The qi has no fixed place to stay, and not enter the points of the channel meridians. So we called it Miu Ci (On Contralateral Needling).
《素问调经论篇第六十六》
“身形有痛，九候莫病，则缪刺之。”

“When there is pain in the body, but we cannot detect from the nine diagnose methods, then we do the Miu Ci (On Contralateral Needling)
“帝曰：愿闻缪刺，以左取右，以右取左，奈何？其与巨刺何以别之？
岐伯曰：邪客于经，左盛则右病，右盛则左病，亦有移易者，左痛未已，而右脉先病，如此者，必巨刺之，必中其经，非络脉也。故络病者，其痛与经脉缪处，故命曰缪刺。”
“Yellow Emperor said: I would like to hear about the Miu Ci (On Contralateral Needling). Needle the right for the sickness of the left, and needle the left for the sickness of the right? How to do it? What is the difference between Miu Ci (On Contralateral Needling) and Ju Ci (Grand Needling)?
Qi Bo said: When the evil-qi lodges in the channel meridians, the right side will be sick if the left side is abundant; and the left side will be sick if the right side is abundant. Sometime there has some situation like the pain on the left is not gone and the pulse of the right side has shown sickness, in case like this, we must use Ju Ci (Grand Needling) method. It has to be on the Channel Meridians, not the Luo Meridians. So when the Luo meridians being attacked, the pain will be different from the Channel Meridians. So we called it Miu Ci (On Contralateral Needling).”
“治诸经, 刺之所过者; 不病，则缪刺之。”
“When we treat the Channel Meridians, we needle where the meridians go; if the Channel meridian is not sick, then we needle on the contralateral side.”
“有痛而经不病者，缪刺之。”
“When there is pain and the Channel meridians do not be sick, do the Miu Ci (On Contralateral Needling).”
“邪客于足少阴之络，令人卒心痛、暴胀、胸胁肢满、无积者，刺然骨之前出血，如食顷而已，不已左取右，右取左。病新发者，取五日已。”
“邪客于足少阴之络，令人嗌痛，不可内食，无故善怒，气上走贲上。刺足下中央之脉，各三痏，凡六刺，立已,左刺右，右刺左. 嗌中肿，不能内唾，时不能出唾者，刺然骨之前，出血立已，左刺右，右刺左。”
“When the evil-qi lodges in the foot lesser yin’s Luo Meridians, it will show the symptoms like sudden heart pain; severe and acute bloating; fullness sensation in the chest, rib and extremities; all those symptoms without any clumping inside. Needle and let bleeding in front of Ran Gu (K2). It will take time as a meal to be fine. If it is not cured, then needle the right for the left side’s problems, and needle the left for the right side’s problems. If the disease just happened, it will take five days treatments to be cure.”
“When the evil-qi lodges in the foot lesser yin’s Luo Meridians, it can make people has pain in the throat, cannot eat food, angry without any reason, the qi goes up to the upper part of the stomach. Puncture the center vein in the sole of the foot, 3 times of each, 6 times in total, will be good immediately, needle left for the right, and needle right for the left. If the throat swollen, cannot swollen the saliva nor spit it out, puncture the point in front of the Ran Gu (K2). Once the blood come out, it is cure. Needle the right for the left, and needle the left for the right.
“邪客于足厥阴之络，令人卒疝暴痛。刺足大指爪甲上与肉交者，各一痏，男子立已，女子有顷已，左取右，右取左。”
“When the evil-qi lodges in the Luo Meridian of foot Jueyin, it will make people has acute hernia with severe pain. Needle on the big toe where the nail meet the flesh, one time each, It will be cure for man immediately, and awhile later for woman. Needle the right for the left, and needle the left for the right.”
“邪客于足太阴之络，令人腰痛，引少腹控眇，不可以抑息，刺腰尻之解，两胛之上，是腰俞，以月死生为痏数，发针立已，左刺右，右刺左。”
“When the evil-qi lodges in the Luo Meridian of foot great yin, it will show the symptoms as: Lower back pain, leading pain to the lower belly and the sides, unable to bend backward and breath. Needle in the connection of the back and butt, above the flat bone, the point is called Yao Shu. Needling times are based on the moon change. Immediately relieve after withdraw the needles. Needle the right for the left, and needle the left for the right.”
“邪客于足太阳之络，令人头项肩痛。刺足小指爪甲上与肉交者，各一痏，立已。不已，刺外踝下三痏，左取右，右取左，如食顷已。”
“邪客于足太阳之络，令人拘挛、背急、引胁而痛，刺之从项始，数脊椎侠脊，按疾之,应手如痛，刺之傍三痏，立已。”
“When the evil-qi lodges in the Luo Meridian of Foot Taiyang, it makes people suffer from pains in the head, neck and shoulder. Needle on the small toe at the meeting place of the nail and skin; one time of each; feel good immediately. If not, puncture the outside ankle 3 times, needle the right for the left, and needle the left for the right.”
“When the evil-qi lodges in the Luo Meridian of Foot Taiyang, it makes people cramping, urgency of the back, leading the pain to the ribs. Needle it from the back of the neck, press the muscle along the spine, press on it quickly, respond pain as the hand touch it, then needle there 3 times from the side, cure immediately.”
“邪客于足少阳之络，令人胁痛，不得息，咳而汗出。刺足小指次指爪甲上与肉交者，各一痏，不得息立已，汗出立止，咳者温衣饮食，一日已。左刺右，右刺左，病立已，不已，覆刺如法。”
“邪客于足少阳之络，令人留于枢中痛，髀不可举，刺枢中，以毫针，寒则久留。针以月死生为数，立已 ”
“When the evil-qi lodges in the Luo Meridian of the Foot Shaoyang, it makes people has pain in the ribs, can’t breathe, cough and induce sweat. Needle the fourth toe at the meeting place of the nail and the skin, one time each, hold the breath while needling, relieve immediately. Sweating stops immediately, let the people who has coughing has more layer clothes to keep warm and drink and eat in warm, then healed in a day. Needle the right for the left, and needle the left for the right, the disease cure at once. If not, repeat needling as above.”
“When the evil-qi lodges in the Luo Meridian of Foot Shaoyang, it makes people has pain in the moving joint (hint), cannot lift the hip. Needle the moving joint, use Hao needle, and keep the needle long for the cold. Needle times are based on the moon’s change. Immediately relieve.”
“邪客于足阳明之经，令人鼽衄，上齿寒。刺足中指次指爪甲上与肉交者，各一痏，左刺右，右刺左。”
“When the evil-qi lodges in the Channel Meridian of Foot Yangming, it makes people have nose bleeding and running nose, upper teeth cold sensation. Needle the middle toe at the meeting place of the nail and skin, one of each. Needle the left for the right, and needle the right for the left.”
“邪客于足阳蹻之脉，令人目痛，从内眦始。刺外踝之下半寸所各二痏，左刺右，右刺左，如行十里顷而已。”
“When the evil-qi lodges in the meridian of Foot Yangqiao, it makes people have eyes’ pain, start from the inner comer of the eye. Needle at the points half inch below the outer ankle, two times each, needle the left for the right, and needle the right for the left, relieve after a while as long as walking 10 Li.”
“邪客于手阳明之络，令人气满胸中，喘息而肢胠，胸中热。刺手大指次指爪甲上，去端如韭叶，各一痏，左取右，右取左，如食顷已。”
“邪客于手阳明之络，令人耳聋，时不闻音。刺手大指次指爪甲上去端如韭叶各一痏，立闻。不已，刺中指爪甲上与肉交者，立闻。其不时闻者，不可刺也。耳中生风者，亦刺之如此数，左刺右，右刺左。”
“耳聋、刺手阳明，不已，刺其通脉，出耳前者。
齿龋，刺手阳明。不已，刺其脉，入齿中，立已。”
“When the evil-qi lodges in the Luo Meridian of Hand Yangming, it has the symptoms such as: Qi fully stuffed in the chest, wheezing breathes with the arms closed to the armpits, feel hot in chest. Needle the thumb and the index finger on the nail as the chive’s leaf width to the end, one of each, needles the left for the right, and needle right for the left, cured after the period time as finish a meal.”
“When the evil-qi lodges in the Luo meridian of Hand Yangming, it makes people suffer from the deafness, occasionally lost the hearing. Needle the thumb and the index finger on the nail as the chive’s leaf width to the end, one of each. The patient should hear right after the needling. If not, needle the middle finger at the meeting place of the nail and the skin. The patient should hear right after the needling. If the patient can hear from time to time, we should not use needles. Use the same method if there is wind symptoms in the ear. Needle the left for the right, and needle right for the left.
“邪客于手少阳之络，令人喉痹，舌倦口干，心烦，臂外廉痛，手不及头，刺手中指次指爪甲上，去端如韭叶，各一痏，壮者立已，老者有顷已，左取右，右取左，此新病数日已。”
“When the evil-qi lodges in the Luo meridian of Hand Shaoyang, it shows symptoms as: pain and swelling in the throat, tired sensation in the tongue, mouth dry, irritability, pain in the outer side of the arm, hand cannot reach the head. Needle the middle finger and the index finger on the nail, as a Chive’s leaf width from the end, one time each. Symptoms relieved immediately for the stronger person, and for older people, it takes a while to see the result. Needle the right for the left, and needle the left for the right. It takes a few days to be cured for newer catching disease.”
“邪客于手足少阴太阴足阳明之络，此五络皆会于耳中，上络左角，五络俱竭，令人身脉皆动，而形无知也，其状若尸，或曰尸厥。
刺其足大指内侧爪甲上，去端如韭叶，后刺足心，后刺足中指爪甲上各一痏，后刺手大指内侧，去端如韭叶，后刺手心主，少阴锐骨之端，各一痏，立已。不已，以竹管吹其两耳，鬄其左角之发，方一寸燔治，饮以美酒一杯，不能饮者，灌之，立已。”
“When the evil-qi lodges in the Luo meridians of both hand and foot Shaoyin and Taiyin, and foot Yangming, since these five Luo meridians are all meet in the ear, and connect the left head corner, the exhaustion of these five Luo meridians will make people have the symptoms such as: the body and the meridian are all moved, while the body has no feeling, just like a dead body, so called dead body Jue.
Needle the big toe on the inner side nail, like a chive’s leaf width from the end; then needle the center of the feet, one time of each; and then needle the Hand Jueyin and Shaoyin meridians, at the sharp bone’s end, one time of each, immediately relieve after the needling. If not, use a bamboo tube blow the two ears, shave the hair in the left head corner around 1 inch area, burn the moxa there, then let the patient drink a cup of good wine. Force the patient drink if he cannot. Symptoms relieve right away.
“邪客于臂掌之间，不可得屈。刺其踝后，先以指按之,痛，乃刺之。以月死生为数，月生一日一痏，二日二痏，十五日十五痏，十六日十四痏。”
“When the evil-qi stays in between the arm and the palm, cause the symptom as cannot bend the wrist. Needle the place after the heel of the hand. First the practisioner presses along the patient’s arm with the hand, once touches the pain point, and then inserts the needle. The numbers of needles are based on the moon change: count from the beginning the new moon, first day do 1 needle, second day do 2 needle, the fifteenth day do 15 needles, then the sixteenth day do 14 needles.
“人有所堕坠，恶血留内，腹中满胀，不得前后。先饮利药，此上伤厥阴之脉，下伤少阴之络。刺足内踝之下然骨之前血脉, 出血，刺足跗上动脉。不已，刺三毛上各一痏，见血立已，左刺右，右刺左. 善悲惊不乐，刺如右方。”
“If the person gets hurt from a fall, the bad blood stays inside, cause the symptoms as fullness and bloating in the belly, cannot bend forward and backward. First let the patient drink purgative herbs medicine. This factor injured the Jueyin channel meridian in the upper body (Pericardium), and Luo meridian of the Shayin in the lower part of the body (Kidneys). Then needle the vein that under the inner ankle of the foot, and before the Ran Gu(K2), let bleeding. And then needle the artery on the surface the foot. If still not get relief, needle the hair of the big toe, one time each. Once the blood show out, symptoms will get relieve immediately. Needle the right for the left, and needle the left for the right. For the people suffer from sadness and fear, needle as above.”
“凡痹往来，行无常处者，在分肉间痛而刺之，以月死生为数.用针者，随气盛衰，以为痏数，针过其日数则脱气，不及日数则气不泻，左刺右，右刺左，病已止.不已, 复刺之如法，月生一日一痏，二日二痏，渐多之，十五日十五痏，十六日，十四痏，渐少之。”
“For all those Bi syndroms come and go, without a fixed pain place, needle at the pain spots at the division of the muscles. Numbers are based on counting the days from the new moon. Commonly doing acupuncture, one should follow the qi’s growing and decreasing, numbering the times from that. If overdo the number of the days will cause qi slipping away. If the number is less than the days that supposed to be, the qi will hold and cannot go. Needle the right for the left, and needle the left for the right. Stopped needling when the disease is gone. If not healed, repeat the needling method as above. Do one needle for a day from the new moon; two needles for 2 days from the new moon; Gradually increase;15 needles for 15 days from the new moon; and 14 needles for 16 days from the new moon; gradually decrease from then.”
“邪客于五脏之间，其病也，脉引而痛，时来时止，视其病缪刺之于手足爪甲上，视其脉，出其血，间日一刺，一刺不已，五刺已。”
“ When the evil-qi stays between the five Zang organs, it will make the body sick as: the pain will come from the stretching of the Mai, from time to time. Check the disease and then do the Miu Ci on the nails of both hands and feet; Check the veins, and do the bloodletting; do the acupuncture every other day; one treatment cannot cure, then five treatments will be fine.”
“缪传引上齿，齿唇寒痛，视其手背脉血者，去之，足阳明中指爪甲上一痏，手大指次指爪甲上各一痏，立已，左取右，右取左。”
“On contralateral getting involved and leading to the upper teeth, the teeth and lips feel cold and pain. Check the vein blood in the back of the hand, then do bloodletting; one point in the nail of the middle toe which belongs to Foot Yangming, one point of each in the nails of the thumb and index finger; symptoms relieve immediately. Needle the right for the left, and needle the left for the right.”
“凡刺之数，先视其经脉，切而从之，审其虚实而调之。不调者，经刺之；有痛而经不病者，缪刺之。因视其皮部有血络者，尽取之，此缪刺之数也。”
• “For all the acupuncture figures, first check the channel meridians; feel the pulse and follow it; exam the excess and deficiency, and then adjust it. If it is not balanced, needle the channel meridians. When there is pain but there is nothing wrong with the channel meridians, then do the Miu Ci ( On Contralateral Needling). By checking where the blood network vessel has in the skin level, then needle on them all. That is Miu Ci ( On Contralateral Needling) figure.”

“凡痹往来，行无常处者，在分肉间痛而刺之，以月死生为数.用针者，随气盛衰，以为痏数，针过其日数则脱气，不及日数则气不泻，左刺右，右刺左，病已止.不已, 复刺之如法，月生一日一痏，二日二痏，渐多之，十五日十五痏，十六日，十四痏，渐少之。”
