公告 论坛服务器操作系统已于2023年08月20日成功更换为Debian 12.1

2023年08月20日夜间，经过长达10天的沟通，中间曲折不断，最终机房在原服务器上关机重新安装Debian 12，经过我自己一系列配置后，目前运行良好，特此说明。感谢大家的支持。

目前论坛服务器已经稳定运行15天以上了，Debian 12的稳定性应该还是可靠的。继续观察中。
